Summary
We now require the following methods for all constraints:
Variables() []VariableImpliesThisIsAlsoSatisfied(other Constraint) boolThese new methods will make it possible to simplify constraints in the optimization problems discussed in

ScaleBya method which will scale constraints by an arbitrary number.
